If you find your order is not suitable for any reason then please contact us to arrange a return. Items need to be returned in their original condition, unused with tags, box and accessories where applicable. You have 14 days to return your order from when you receive it.
You'll need to pay for the return postage costs, and it's your responsibility to ensure its return to us. Once your return has been received and checked we will issue a refund within 2 working days. We reserve the right to reject returns where items are found to have been used, worn or damaged, or where packaging and/or accessories are missing.
Delivery upgrade costs are non-refundable. A 2% payment processing charge will be deducted from refunds where more than one item is returned.
We inspect all items prior to dispatch, but if you receive an item that you believe is defective or damaged upon receipt, but still in an otherwise brand new condition please contact us.

Designed for use on firm, natural grass surfaces. FG boots should not be used on artificial grass (AG) surfaces.
ASTRO TURF [TF]
Designed for use on Astro Turf surfaces. No other soleplate type should be used on this surface.
ARTIFICIAL GRASS [AG]
Designed for use on artificial grass surfaces such as 3G or 4G pitches. Can also be used on FG surfaces though may not perform as effectively depending on conditions.
INDOOR [IN]
Designed specifically for use on indoor surfaces.
TRAINERS [TR]
TR trainers are football inspired styles, designed for casual wear only.
